Detox for a Junk Food Addict?

I eat A LOT of junk food and it makes me feel sluggish, unhealthy and just sick overall. I want to make a change and eat healthy now but first I think my body may need a detox. I’ve unfortunately tried to stop eating junk food before but have failed. I’m just so addicted 🙁 but this time I know I have to be more serious about it because it is effective my health!! What do you recommend is the safest and most efficient detox for me? And any other health and fitness advice for someone who is desperate to get healthy!!!

Methcathinone was first synthesized in 1928.
It was used in the Soviet Union during the 1930s and 1940s as an anti-depressant.
Methcathinone was patented in the USA in 1957 as a possible alternative to methamphetamine…aka ‘meth’.
After completing animal research the company dropped te development of methcathinone because of its high potential for addiction and severe side effects.

My brother started doing drugs at 17 to age 22 he is now 23 has a job and a baby.. He has been diagnosed with schitzoaffective.. Its wen ur bipolar and skitzo at the same time… He use to be a really cool person before drugs.. He was really popular in high school and he was just a great person.. Now hes really different.. Hes dellusional.. Weird.. Awkwardly social.. And hes really slow.. He doesnt have any common sense at all… His gf n the baby live with us and they fight all the time.. Shes not mentally ill at all so when he says something weird she yells at him trying to explain everything.. They always fight and the gf always says tgings like “hello that doesnt even makes stupid!” Sometimes she tells me that she cant take it anymore and that she cant be with him for the rest of her life and it makes me really sad to think that if his mental illness doesnt get better he’ll probably end up alone.. He just atarted takung saphris tonight so i hope this works for him
