Title: “Butterflies that do not fly”
This dramatic story is about a (African-American) mother and her six kids, (four boys and two girls…who are adults) who are not only dealing with their own individual dilemmas but their family issues as well, which includes the recent death of their father. They also have to deal with their built-up hostility towards each other.
Their grandmother recited a poem to them when they were kids. It included the phrase “Butterflies that do not fly” and like the butterflies in the poem, they all come face-to-face with the conflict as to why they cannot move forward in life. (Each character recites the part of the poem that reflects to their struggles)

I live in Taiwan as an English teacher with my wife. For the past several years, I have been living with moderate to severe ulcerative colitis, and was recently counseled by a concerned 3rd party in the US (I am visiting here until March) to seek Helmenthic therapy (whipworm therapy) to try and help combat this autoimmune disorder. It supposedly has mixed results, and I am willing to go through the risks/cost of getting it. I just have no idea if they offer such a therapy in Taiwan where I live. If anyone could give me an answer, preferably with links/citation, I would be very appreciative. Thank you for your time!
