Every morning I wake up with huge knots in my stomach, anxiety, apprehension and dread. I always oversleep. For the last month, I have been late to work every single day and I just feel so out of it. I took the day off today and it is the only time on a recent weekday I almost feel like a normal human being.

Though new to this i find myself spending more than 3 hrs reading Qs and As, missing out on TV and newspapers. Will
this “addiction” become negative just like those people drinking alcohol, doing gaming everyday or take harmful drugs. Gettting worried. Can some ppl share their experiences? Thanks so much.
