SWAT raid nets drug arrest in Lowell

Police arrested 37-year-old Shamon J. Jarrett, 405 Lawrence St., in the second -floor apartment. He was charged with illegal possession of a Class B drug (Suboxone, which is used to treat opiate addiction), and manufacturing/distributing a Class B drug.
