Hopeless Depressed Suicidal and Guilt Ridden?

Question by Trisha: Hopeless depressed suicidal and guilt ridden?
Before I start I don’t need any more encouragement to go ahead and kill myself. I know that while my life has been difficult others have been worse. I have social workers I talk to daily and I have already presented this. Psych hospitals are literally not an option. I have called the hotlines. I have been on numerous medications for 14 years. I have a severe addiction to self mutilation and overdosing on anything I can manage to swallow enough of. I have several frustrating medical issues. I feel like things are so desperately hopeless. I have a massive suicide plan that I truely wish would work but I just want to go missing I don’t want people to find my body. I don’t know how to deal with my ambivilance because if I change my mind after I start there will still be massive damage to my body. I just can’t be miserable like this anymore. Please don’t be cruel I am struggling.
