How long can an individual be sentenced for if caught in possession of 25 or more ecstasy pills? How long if the individual is a minor? an adult? What are the possible immediate consequences? thanks!
Please give a complete answer. Don’t answer if you are not sure.. This is crucial to me.

The amount of pills makes no difference. It all depends on the weight of the pills in total. If you’re caught with a small amount for personal consumption, there is a mandatory 90 days in county jail unless the judge agrees to divert you to drug court (if you have a past record of drug abuse).

With the amount you have, you’re likely looking at a 10 year sentenced, where you’re out in a year and a half to two years. It varies depending on the case.

And that’s just for the adult.

No one would be able to tell you what it would be for a minor because they base sentencing on the approximate age. It’s also up to the judge.
