I’m only 18 and it has helped me so much. One of my favorite groups there is Women’s Process. The reason I like it so much is because I get to process about my week and get it out. Its all women so they understand where I’m coming from. My therapists name is Angie, and she is great. I love her she helps me through everything. I am completely honest with her. I have 6 months in about 2 weeks. That’s crazy because I have never maintained sobriety that long in my life. Thank you guys for watching!
