Actress Blythe Danner Helps Raise Awareness About Addiction Stigma – Danner played the role of Mary Tyrone in Eugene O’Neill’s “Long Day’s Journey into Night,” during American Society of Addiction Medicine annual meeting in Washington, DC. Her dramatic reading of the third act was part of National Institute of Drug Abuse project on raising awareness about addiction stigma. The play was a production of Outside The Wire social impact theater company.
