How Do I Stop Using Drugs and Alcohol?

Question by Casey x Corpse: How do I stop using drugs and alcohol?
I have been doing drugs/smoking ciggarettes and drinking for little less then a year now.
I’m only 14.
I recently got a boyfriend, and he only drinks but despises drugs and smoking.
I was clean for 2 months and then took vicodin again and now can’t stop.

How can I slowly stop taking drugs and alcohol?
I think I have a serious problem and I know I need to stop, but I can’t.
