I’m doing a project for school. If a teen has a parents who is addicted to drugs, where could the teen get help for themselves and what is the phone number?

That depends on where you live. But, I think in most cases there are distress call centers for kids. That’s where they can talk to someone about it and get help if they need it and it’s anonymous.
It is very hard to cope with all by themselves. You can also try 411. And ask for the number of the kids distress call center.
